For food products, for my family (2+3) we spend (the rule is we buy whatever we want) obout 25% of our (me & wife) combided average income. Including ordenary restaurants 2-3x a month. But, Poland is a giant farm, where food is plenty. So if You would only buy the common, localy produced food (not the expensive & imported one), and cut the restaurants, then it gets very afordable. Maybe that would be like 10-15 % of income (for a fammily of 2+3). That is in 2024, in the 1995 that would be much worse, like 80%.. ... How is it in Nigeria?

Poland has spent so much time being cut off from the rest of the world (occupation and communism times) that many people, especially in America just know nothing about it. They have this idea about poor, grey, Soviet Bloc country, that they can't even point on the map. Ofc the Soviet Bloc fell apart over 3 decades ago so all this stuff is simply not accurate anymore. So that's just it, there's not really a "reason" as to why someone might think those things, just ignorance and lack of knowledge.

Bruce was different. he actually trained most of his life never lazing around for one second. If he was in front of the tv he was watching fights or understanding the mind of fighters. To get his legendary speed he wore weights almost constantly to actually slow himself down. He actually invented several pieces of workout equipment that are still used like the muscle stimulation machine which sends electrical pulses to where you stick pads. That machine is used in physical therapy to help recover use of limbs or muscle groups that can’t move anymore. It’s low voltage anyway, just enough to stimulate the muscles to contract and relax. I used one during therapy to get my hand to move again. The one feat that everyone can’t do is the two finger push up as it’s insanely rough. Bruce actually beat chuck norris in a fair fight and chuck is crazy good. That experience really humbled chuck to be less loud and focus on the things he needs to do which gave him the role in Walker Texas ranger.

The russian dominance and communist goverment have destroyed the cuntry, economy, and culture on many levels. After Poland expelld the russian army and changed the goverment to a democracy, there were some hard, painful reforms, but then the prosperity emidiatly blow up! The speed of impproovment was mind-blowin.
